We
have a number of high quality rental properties in good locations
in Buxton centre, New Mills and Chapel-en-le-frith. All the Buxton
properties are a few minutes walk from the main shops, market
square and railway station.
Each
property is carefully selected to be convenient and comfortable.
As a resident you will receive a highly professional service to
ensure that your stay is comfortable and trouble free. Your privacy
will be respected at all times.In order to maintain this level
of service tenants cannot be accepted who wish to smoke inside
the property or those who have pets (fish and reptiles considered!).
In general people in receipt of housing benefit are also not accepted.
Properties
are gas safety checked annually and the electrics have been inspected
to bring up to the new regulation standard. Fire and emergency
lighting systems (for houses in multiple occupation) as well as
smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed as standard.
Each shared property is complete with modern kitchen appliances
and has good clean fitted carpets.
As
a prospective tenant references from your employer and previous
landlord (if you have had one) will be required. If you wish to
take a tenancy a security deposit of at least one month's rent
plus one month's rent in advance will be required prior to moving
in. Rent is then payable in advance by monthly standing order.
Tenancies are for 6 or 12 months initially and then on a flexible
month-to-month basis giving you the freedom stay for any period

Your
deposit will be registered with an insurance company (www.mydeposits.co.uk)
inline with the Governments Deposit Protection Scheme .There is
a non refundable fee (currently £30) for deposit registration.
You
can also be confident that should you wish to stay for a very
long period that the property will not be changing hands and that
the rent will always remain competitive.
